Morris Wood Enterprises, LLC is proud of the integrity and professionalism that guides our business.  As the paths of two families crossed, time and again over the past 15 years, each recognized the common work ethic, courtesy and honesty that were exhibited in the other's professional and personal lives.  Once known seperately as JPM Enterprises, Inc. and TW Homes, Inc, these two companies moved forward to collaborate on a residential and condominium project.  With the success of this project in both sales and cooperation, a partnership was created and Morris Wood Enterprises, LLC was made official. 

We have applied the company values to the selection of a team of local sub contractors.  Our crews have cooperated on more than 500 residential projects, creating a streamlined and efficient building process for consumers at any price range.  We work with area suppliers in an effort to support our local economy and strive to provide the best possible pricing for our customers.

Communication with our buyers is the key to their satisfaction and our success.  As the owners, we stay in close contact during the building process and are very often present on the job sites, along side the sub contractors and customers, helping to ensure accuracy and quality production at every stage of construction.

Our goals of success are guided by the principles of honesty and integrity.  As the owners of Morris Wood Enterprises, LLC we live locally and operate in a community where it is important to each of us that our professional and personal reputations are in good standing.
